Ksalsuti Celebrates the Opening of Sankewi-pomawsuwikuwam:
A Peaceful Place to Live
Recently, the team at Ksalsuti Wellness Resources were overjoyed to celebrate the official opening of Sankewi-pomawsuwikuwam: A Peaceful Place to Live, a second stage transition home for Indigenous women and children.
Joined by community partners, funders and supporters of the project, Elder Lisa Perley-Dutcher welcomed everyone with song and ceremony as the organization looks to welcome the first program participants in December 2025.
